About this land
Tucked away along quiet Dutch Ridge Road, Lot 6 at The Woods at Turkey Run offers 12.88 acres of scenic ground where a large, beautifully flowing rocky creek winds its way through the woods, adding both character and a constant connection to water. The property features a strong mix of rolling and adventurous topography, with winding trails that pull you deeper into the landscape and make each walk feel longer and more exploratory. Mature woods and open park-like settings are scattered throughout, creating a peaceful, secluded feel that's ideal for a cabin, homesite, or recreational retreat. A nice tucked-away wildlife pond adds another layer of appeal, offering both visual interest and additional habitat within the property. A newly installed gated gravel driveway provides clean, private access off a short shared entrance, making it easy to step right into the property and start enjoying everything it has to offer. The mix of terrain, cover, and natural water features creates a well-rounded property that feels larger than its footprint and invites you to explore every corner at your own pace.
