Where I work.

I represent buyers and sellers across Greater Columbus and Central Ohio, with Westerville as my home base. Here are the communities I know cold, each with a guide on the market and what your money buys.

The map

Find your part of town.

From Westerville and Dublin to the boomtowns out by the Intel corridor, here is the metro the way locals actually think about it. Dig into any one.

Westerville

My home base, and an easy one to love. Brick-lined Uptown you can walk to dinner in, a parks system that goes on for miles, and tree-canopied streets with real character minutes from the northeast job corridor.

Dublin

Polished and connected. The riverfront buzz of Bridge Park, a trail network that ties the whole city together, and homes that hold their value, all wrapped around championship golf.

New Albany

Maybe the most deliberately beautiful community in Ohio. White-fence Georgian streetscapes, fifty-plus miles of leisure trails, and a town center designed down to the last detail.

Explore →

Bexley

Small, storied, and impossibly charming. Stately homes under a thick tree canopy, a walkable Main Street anchored by the historic Drexel, and downtown five minutes away.

Explore →

Worthington

One of Ohio's oldest planned towns, and it still feels like one in the best way. A village green, a walkable High Street, and a farmers market locals plan their Saturdays around.

Clintonville

Eclectic, leafy, and proudly its own thing. Vintage homes, indie storefronts along High Street, and a neighborhood feel you cannot manufacture.

Grove City

A revived historic Town Center with genuine energy, surrounded by a wide range of homes on one of the southwest side's liveliest main streets.

Ask me →

Pickerington

A small historic downtown with room to grow around it, and a little breathing space for buyers who want newer construction southeast of the city.

Ask me →

Canal Winchester

A storybook small downtown with newer neighborhoods spreading out from it, on the easygoing southeast edge of the metro.

Ask me →

Delaware

A genuine historic county seat with a downtown worth lingering in, and fast-growing edges for buyers who want something brand new.

Ask me →

Sunbury

A classic town square, newer neighborhoods, and more home for your money on the fast-rising northern edge of the metro.

Explore →

Gahanna

The east side's quiet favorite, anchored by the walkable Creekside district along the creek, with an airport-and-270 commute that is tough to beat.

Explore →

Granville

A postcard New England-style college town wrapped around Denison University, with a brick Broadway, indie shops, and some of the metro's most distinctive historic homes.

Ask me →

Plain City

Small-town charm on the northwest edge, with a walkable Old Town, country roads, and newer neighborhoods for buyers who want a little more room.

Ask me →

Marysville

A growing Union County hub with a revitalized Uptown, strong employers, and newer construction that stretches your dollar northwest of the metro.
