What about incentives?

Payment is principal and interest on the entry price with 20 percent down over 30 years at 5.5 percent, which is close to what builders here are landing buyers at. It excludes taxes and insurance on purpose. The tax line on a new build is almost always the bill on an empty lot and resets once the county reassesses the finished house.
